Our actions and projects
Our statutory objectives:
Over the past 30 years, Cap Développement has carried out projects in the Kossi and Banwa provinces in the Boucle du Mouhoun region of Burkina Faso:
Between 1996 and 2021, a number of educational facilities were built, including primary schools, a secondary school and a youth hostel in Driko, Féléwé and Konan Kaïra.
Since 1994, initiatives in market gardening, cereal banks, training and agri-food processing have been put in place to support food and economic self-sufficiency.
From 2017 to 2023, fodder rehabilitation, latrine construction and water supply projects were carried out in partnership with international players.
Between 2007 and 2024, the construction of a dispensary in Mounakoro and prevention campaigns on AIDS, STDs and hygiene have improved access to healthcare.
Between 1996 and 2020, clean-up and awareness-raising initiatives were carried out, in particular with environmental clubs and local initiatives.
CAP Développement works to build a more caring society by supporting women, young people and local initiatives through training, crafts, fair trade and cultural exchange projects between France and Burkina Faso.
