Between 2007 and 2010, Cap Développement built a dispensary in Mounakoro, including consultation rooms, a pharmacy, showers, sanitary facilities and accommodation for nursing staff. This project has improved access to healthcare for the region’s inhabitants, by providing suitable medical infrastructures and a favorable working environment for health professionals.

Since 2015, the association has also been running prevention campaigns focusing on key issues such as AIDS, sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) and personal and dietary hygiene. These initiatives, scheduled to run until 2024, aim to raise awareness among local populations and promote behaviors conducive to their health and well-being.

These actions testify to Cap Développement’s commitment to strengthening health services and preventing health risks, thus contributing to the sustainable improvement of living conditions in partner communities.
